A. Customer Sends a "PASABUY" Service Request Order
📌 PASABUY SERVICES:
- 1. Customer sends shopping list and Pasabuy shopping team buys in behalf of customers
- 2. Pasabuy team sorts & packs the items and send thru Pasabuy consolidated multiple-senders or exclusive one-sender balikbayan box
- 1. The customer buys the item/s online and redirect the shipping delivery to Pasabuy warehouse
- 2. Pasabuy team receives & packs the items and send thru Pasabuy consolidated balikbayan box
- Balikbayan Box Consolidation
- 1. Multiple Senders Consolidated Balikbayan Box - consolidating smaller packages from different senders - one item or multiple items "pasabay" getting packed into one balikbayan box
- 2. Consolidated Balikbayan Box - Ex. One sender sends to different recipients, or an online seller sends different delivery orders to different cities or towns in Philippines
- 3. Exclusive One Sender Regular Balikbayan Box - Sends to one recipient
📌 Upon receipt of customer service request order :
- 1. Pasabuy team confirms order details, prepare the necessary documentation and pricing
- 2. Check each package received is properly labeled by the sender with their details and their recipient’s details
- 3. Pasabuy Admin assigns a tracking number to each item
- 4. Customer pays securely through the Pasabuy via Stripe, Paypal or Interac payment platforms
- 5. Pasabuy Admin confirms payment and sends a copy of receipt/waybill to customer
📌 PASABUY Express Canada ships the package to PASABUY Philippines :
- 1. Pasabuy Philippines receives the consolidated box/es
- 2. Operations and distribution team unpacks the boxes and sorts the packages according to destinations
- 3. Dispatch/delivery team makes sure all packages will get delivered safely and timely.
