Embark on a rewarding experience as a Pasabuy agent and earn while you learn.

1. What is a Pasabuy Consolidation Agent?

A Pasabuy Consolidation Agent is a community-based partner who collects, consolidates, and prepares packages from senders (Pasabuyers) within their local area, then arranges for the pickup and forwarding of these boxes to Pasabuy Philippines.

2. Responsibilities of a Pasabuy Agent:

• Collect packages from senders in your designated area.

• Ensure each item is properly labeled with sender and recipient info and a Pasabuy tracking number (issued by Admin).

• Maintain an updated log or inventory of all items consolidated.

• Close and secure the box when full and label it clearly with the address of Pasabuy Philippines.

• Arrange pickup with an approved cargo company.

• Ensure no money is exchanged with senders; all payments must be processed via Pasabuy Admin.

3. Box & Package Guidelines

• Maximum consolidated box size: 20 x 20 x 12 inches

• Maximum weight limit: 12 kg

• Overpacked boxes or those exceeding size/weight limits may incur extra charges.

4. Commission Structure

You earn by successfully consolidating and dispatching boxes.

• Option A (Per Box Commission):

o $25 per completed, full consolidated box

• Option B (Per Package Commission):

o 10%–15% of the package rate per collected item (ideal for partial boxes)

• Graduated Earning Levels:

o Starter Agent: $25/box or 10% per package

o Bronze Agent (5 boxes/month): $30/box or 12%/package

o Silver Agent (10 boxes/month): $35/box or 15%/package + priority leads

o Gold Agent (15+ boxes/month): $40/box or 20%/package + bonuses & referrals

5. Steps to Get Started:

1. Sign Up via our official Pasabuy Agent Registration Form

2. Attend Orientation or review our training materials

3. Receive Starter Kit (digital toolkit, posters, promo materials)

4. Start promoting Pasabuy in your area!
